We advise companies at critical moments — shaping the strategy, relationships, and public positioning that help management move its highest-priority goals forward.
Our work is designed around the client’s strategic objective — whether that means strengthening investor confidence, navigating government relationships, elevating a critical-minerals platform, or creating the conditions for the next stage of growth.
Our current public-company clients represent more than $750 million in combined shareholder equity, giving us an active mandate across a meaningful portfolio of resource-sector value.
Across measured engagement windows, our clients have generated more than $176 million in shareholder returns as investor visibility translated into greater market recognition.
For every $1 invested in our advisory engagements, approximately $977 in shareholder returns has been generated across the measured engagement periods.
Represented equity reflects the combined public-market value of current clients. Shareholder value reflects measured changes in client market capitalization during defined engagement windows; the return-on-spend figure compares those gains with associated program expenditures. Market movements reflect multiple factors and are not attributable solely to Equity Catalyst Partners. Past performance is not indicative of future results. An anonymized client case study is available upon request.

We bring together market positioning, investor engagement, marketing, government affairs, and critical-minerals strategy in one integrated advisory mandate — a holistic approach few firms can offer. Every engagement is tailored to the relationships, decisions, and external positioning required to move the company forward.
We help leadership teams define the strategic path ahead, clarify priorities, and make consequential decisions with greater confidence. Every engagement is tailored to the company’s objectives, operating context, and stakeholders.
Enquire →We help companies understand and engage the policy, national-security, and government-affairs environments shaping critical minerals and strategic resources — translating external complexity into an actionable plan.
Enquire →We shape the company’s public imprint with the audiences that matter — investors, government, strategic partners, and other stakeholders — then help management activate the relationships and communications that support its goals.
Enquire →“In life and business, there are two cardinal sins. The first is to act precipitously without thought — and the second is to not act at all.” — Carl Icahn
The right strategy connects a company’s capabilities to the people, institutions, and decisions that determine what comes next.
We begin with the company’s objectives, constraints, relationships, and external environment — identifying the decisions and audiences that matter most.
We develop a focused plan for the specific mandate, whether it involves capital markets, government affairs, critical minerals, stakeholder alignment, or a combination of priorities.
We help management engage the investors, policymakers, strategic partners, and other decision-makers whose understanding and support can advance the company’s goals.
We stay close as the strategy moves from concept to execution, helping leadership adapt to new information, manage external signals, and maintain momentum.

Graham brings capital-markets expertise and senior-level national-security engagement to ECP’s strategic advisory work. He has delivered private briefings to three-star generals and admirals on financial and economic warfare. He also serves as Macroeconomics Fellow at the Homeland Defense Institute at the U.S. Air Force Academy. His regular dialogue with Washington policymakers on critical minerals and national security, alongside participation in forums such as PDAC and the North America Critical Minerals Summit, gives him a perspective that extends well beyond conventional investor relations.
With more than 20 years in investment strategy and financial markets, Graham combines macroeconomic judgment with the practical experience of a founder and operator. He coined “the Everything Bubble” in 2014, a term later used by Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, and is the author of The Everything Bubble and Into the Abyss. He brings that analytical depth and relationship network to helping companies strengthen their positioning with investors, government, and strategic stakeholders.
An ESAN Business School MBA and industrial engineer with over four decades of executive leadership across multinational corporations and the public sector, Marcos brings deep expertise in corporate finance, management, and strategic operations to the firm. He served as Vice President of Honda del Perú for 26 years and as a Senior Executive at PetroPerú for a decade, giving him firsthand experience running large organizations in both the private and state-owned sectors.
Over that career, Marcos has built an extensive network of decision-makers and institutional relationships across Latin America, spanning industry, government, and finance. That network makes him a critical bridge between capital and opportunity in the region, and gives ECP clients a trusted, on-the-ground partner in one of the world’s most important resource jurisdictions.
